Cancellation Policy

  • From 15:00 of the previous day, tickets are non-refundable. Once your voucher is exchanged, no refunds will be allowed with the exception of the following circumstances: In case of natural disasters, mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, tickets can be refunded via VELTRA.

  • SEIBU Kawagoe Round-Trip Pass
    This pass can be used from Ikebukuro Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station only .
    ① Please show the ticket to the station staff upon entering or exiting the gate.
    ② You may get off at any station between Ikebukuro and Hon-Kawagoe Station but you may not board again using the pass.
    ③ Valid for 1-day and round-trip use only.
    Passes can only be picked up and used on the date selected when booking.
    Passes can only be used for the SEIBU Line only. (Cannot be used for TOBU or JR lines.)

    SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro
    Business hours: 8:00-18:00 (all year)
    *VELTRA vouchers can be exchanged for passes from 08:00 - 15:00.

    The Information center can be found right by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exist is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.)

Additional Notes

  • Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).
  • Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.
  • The SEIBU Kawagoe round-trip pass can only be used from Ikebukuro Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station. You may get off at any station between the stated stations but cannot board again.
  • You may exchange your VELTRA voucher for a pass on the date you made your reservation. You may not exchange for it on an earlier date.
  • An additional limited express ticket is required for limited express train.
